While most of our product offering has be curated with corporate gifting in mind, they are also great everyday items to use/ bring around. And being highly customizable means your monogram, wedding details, family name, hashtags, taglines can be designed and printed onto these products.

At the moment, we largely operate by customer requesting for a quote, except for products in stock and ready-to-ship. So when checking out on your RFQ Cart, you may enquire about multiple items, and even put in a note if they need to be in a package altogether.

Yes, of course! Just email us a high-res file (jpeg/ png/ ai/ pdf) of your logo or design, and let us know where and how you would like it printed. Our graphic designers will prepare an digital proof/ mock-up, and even make recommendations if you need assistance. These digital proofs will be sent to you for review, and are typically sent along with your Order Acknowledgment.

Yes! Sometimes experiencing the product IRL helps with making the right decision for your gift. Unprinted samples that are in stock can be sent to you within 2 working days. Printed samples (a.k.a. pre-production proofs) typically incur an additional charge, and may be offset when order has been confirmed.
We stand by the quality of all Giftrite products. If you receive a defective item or it was damaged in transit, we will happily replace them with a new one. Please give us a call within 7 days and confirm that item has arrived damaged. We accept unworn, unused, and uncustomized items within 30 days from the date of purchase. All items must be returned with hang tags and original packaging. Any merchandise without these items, or considered worn, may not qualify your order for a refund.
