CLIENT’S NEEDS
Future Forward Week is an annual DBS HR event organised to continue conversations about wellness at the workplace, and what the future of work looks like for DBS employees. In addition to event setup and management, they also needed event swag items for their employees. Recognising the growing popularity of GentleMonster tote bags in Singapore, the HR team sought something both durable and stylish, inspired by the frequent use of tote bags among colleagues.
GIFTRITE GIFTING PROPOSAL
Our gift experts provided the HR team with multiple tote bag concepts, and they ultimately chose the canvas tote option. Recognising their need for durability and the GentleMonster style, our team conducted thorough research on the bag’s dimensions and specifications. We then collaborated with the factory to create a tote bag that drew inspiration from GentleMonster while also being exclusive to the event.
ADD-ON SERVICES
DBS acquired 2,000 tote bags for distribution across two of their office locations. To align with the ‘Live Fulfilled’ theme, they also requested the inclusion of healthy snacks within the tote bags to be delivered to these offices.
